Local Sports Sunnyside boys soccer falls just short in state title bid Jason Barr 10:49 - KGUN

TUCSON, Ariz — Carl Hayden High School upset Sunnyside, 3-0, to win the Class 5A boys soccer state title game.

The Falcons Kevin Noria scored two first half goals to give his team a 2-0 halftime lead. They also scored in the final two minutes of regulation.

Sunnyside was trying to win its second straight state title under coach Casey O'Brien.
