NORTH ARLINGTON, NJ - The North Arlington Soccer Association (NASA) is hosting an adult soccer tournament to honor Detective Joseph Seals, a town resident, soccer dad, and Jersey City Police Officer who was killed in the line of duty in December.

According to Joe King of NASA, Seals was involved in the town's soccer association. His older son played several years with the group until moving on to high school. His younger son is still playing in the league.

The Detective Seals Memorial 7v7 Adult Tournament will be held on Sunday, March 29 at Zadroga Field, starting at 9am. The field is located at 300 Schuyler Avenue in North Arlington. It is an adult 7 on 7, small-sided field tournament. It will follow the format of the SBSL U10 tournament. Teams are limited to 10 players and registration cost is $200 per team. Team applications are still being accepted.
